Shipping will occur using UPS or USPS the choice is yours.
Stock, non-custom items returned within 10 days of receipt will be refunded without question.
Custom items are not returnable for full refunds. If for some reason you are displeased with the end product tell us. We will work hard to make it right. Up to a 50% refund and discounts on future purchases.
